About Me:

I live in Smithers, a small town in north-central BC. I spend half my year an hour's flight further north at our remote fly-in flyfishing and wilderness camp in the upper Nass River. I like to paint. I like to write. I work with energy. I am certified in Healing Touch, have studied shamanism and like to work with the energies of deep nature. Mountains, lakes, rivers, grizzlies, eagles, sky and fire are daily experiences.
